About Josie's ... a fine salon

Josie's Salon is located at 7300 Shelbourne St., at the corner of Shelbourne St. and Cottman Ave. in the Fox Chase section of Northeast Philadelphia, bordering Cheltenham, Elkins Park, Jenkintown, and Rockledge.

Josie's Salon has been serving the styling and grooming needs of women, men, and children in the community since 1976.

Josie, Colleen and Michelle attended fashion trend classes at the Redken Exchange Facility in N.Y.C again in April. The focus was on helping our clients to pull together their individual style. Color and cut go hand in hand as well as texture and drama, which depends a lot on each individual lifestyle and personality. We have already begun focus on our salon fashion trends; which are a spin-off of our observations and educaion in Las Vegas this January, as we attended the Redken Symposium for the sixth time.

Blonding techniques have been sharpened by the salon in New York along with design comprehension. We know our latest trip will contribute to our being able to bring together all these elements, resulting in the best solutions for our clients needs.
